Volney holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a registered clinical counsellor and approved clinical supervisor (RCC-ACS, #4680) with B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors. She is also an associate member of the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy (CACFT, #2017629).
